Covenants & Restrictions

For the preservation and enhancement of the property values in Buckhorn Estates and for the maintenance and the improvements thereon, each lot is subject to the covenants, restrictions, easements, charges and liens listed here, each of which is for the benefit of the current and future owners. The Declaration and the First Amendment documents are listed here for prospective residents to help them determine, prior to the purchase of a home, if these are restrictions with which they can live. The official versions are available at the Hamilton County Recorder's Office during regular business hours. New owners should receive a copy of these documents at their home's closing.
